Student Services During Weeks of Welcome

During the first week of the fall semester, the Admissions & Records , Financial Aid offices, and Welcome Desk will be open until 6:00 p.m.  All are located in the Robert N. Chang Student Center. 

Bring your Fall class schedule to the Welcome Desk and we will help you find your classrooms  and pick up a map for your self-guided tour. While your there, you can also get your student ID and/or VTA Smart Pass. The VTA Smart Pass allows you to use VTA public transportation all semester (bus and light rail). It is free for most students (non credit students must pay $11).

The Student Affairs Division is under the leadership of the Vice President of Student Affairs (VPSA). Student Affairs is committed to excellence by providing quality and efficient programs and services to a diverse San José City College community.
