Nexis Uni Database Update: Every year the Library conducts an annual review of our database subscriptions. On July 1st, the Nexis Uni database access will expire for the fall term. We will be evaluating the impact this change has had in the summer session and fall term. If you currently use the Nexis Uni database, please send an email to the Library Coodinator, Liz Hickok, at susan.hickok@sjccc.edu.

Magazines: Our popular magazine collection is available for home check-out starting in the spring term! Borrow the most recent issues of Vogue, GQ, Sports Illustrated, Rolling Stone, People, and more with a valid Student ID card.

Doorbell Service

Outside open hours, to drop-off equipment and material or to clear a hold, ring the doorbell for service:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

Library books can be returned in the book drop located at the round-about between GE and the Library 24/7.

Service area Outcomes (SAOS)

SERVICE AREA OUTCOME 1: The library will acquire and maintain a current collection of print, audio-visual, and electronic resources to support, augment and supplement the college curriculum, course assignments, student success and lifelong learning.

SERVICE AREA OUTCOME 2: The library will provide access to and assistance with information resources for students, faculty, staff, and community; and promotes information resources in all appropriate forms.
