format, submit the Web Accessibility Form.
- Once submitted, your complaint is reviewed and verified.
- If an issue is confirmed, it is corrected and the page is re-verified.
- Personnel test corrected pages with accessibility checking tools.
- You will be notified once the correction is complete.
- Physical Access — For facility accessibility concerns such as elevators, disabled parking, ramps, or accessible restrooms, use the Web Accessibility Form.
