| January 8 | Drop for nonpayment #2: Deadline to make payment or enter into a payment plan is Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. |
| January 15 | Drop for nonpayment #3: Deadline to make payment or enter into a payment plan is Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. |

LAST DAY TO DROP Spring REGULAR classes without receiving a “W” on record or being assessed fees by 10:00 p.m. (most sections) LAST DAY TO DROP Spring REGULAR classes with eligibility for a credit of registration fees by 10:00 p.m. (most sections) LAST DAY TO ADD Spring REGULAR classes by 10:00 p.m. using Add Authorization from the instructor (most sections) Note: Students enrolled in short-term classes (< 3 weeks) should drop by the first scheduled class meeting to avoid receiving a “W” and being charged registration fees. |

| April 6 | Summer/Fall 2026 Priority registration begins |
| April 22 | LAST DAY TO DROP a Spring REGULAR session class and receive a “W” on record (most sections) |
| May 15 | English final exams No regular day classes meet. Friday evening classes meet as scheduled. |
| May 21 | San José City College Commencement |
| May 22 |
LAST DAY to submit Pass/No Pass forms to the Office of Admissions & Records. Spring REGULAR session ends |
| June 1 | Spring 2026 grades are due from faculty by 5:00 p.m. |
