Coach Connor has dedicated over 20 years to teaching and coaching at various levels, leaving a lasting impact on students and athletes alike. He earned his degree in Administration of Justice from California State University, East Bay (formerly Cal State Hayward) and went on to complete a Master's in Sports Management at California University of Pennsylvania.

With a deep passion for education and athletics, Carlton combines his academic background with his love for sports to inspire others. His commitment to fostering discipline, teamwork, and perseverance has shaped countless lives, both in the classroom and on the field.
