Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE): Administered every other year during the Spring term, the CCSSE survey asks about
student engagement, a key indicator of learning.
California Community College Chancellor's Office DataMart (CCCCO DataMart)Provides wide array of
basic information about students, courses, student services, outcomes, faculty and
staff for all community colleges in California.
Student Success Metrics (New in 2019)Provides a
holistic view on student success. Organized around common goals such as adult education/ESL, short-term career education,
and degree/transfer, the metrics capture progression along students' educational journey
from recruitment to completion, transfer, and the workforce.
Transfer-Level Gateway Completion Dashboard This dashboard provides
completion rates for transfer-level English and mathematics (or equivalent quantitative reasoning) courses starting from students' first course
enrollment in the discipline (whether at or below transfer-level). It offers a statewide
or college view as well as a regional view to allow colleges to compare transfer-level
completions by region. Completion rates for students on a BSTEM or SLAM pathway,
disaggregation options, throughput timeframes, and disproportionate impacts by various
demographis are also available.
Basic Needs Among California Community College Students (Spring 2023)This
report has information about California Community College
students' food and housing security. Over 66,000 students from 88 colleges reported to the survey. Students shared they
were food insecure (47%), housing insecure (58%), and about 1 out of 4 (or 24%) were
homeless. Over half (68%) reported they experienced at least one basic needs insecurity
(e.g., food, housing, or homelessness).
Student Success Scorecard (will be replaced by Simplified Metrics in 2019)The Scorecard is a performance measurement system that
tracks student success. The data tell how well colleges are doing in remedial instruction, job training
programs, retention of students and graduation and completion rates. Data is shown
disaggregated by gender, age and ethnicity. The Scorecard will be replaced by the
Simplified Metrics in 2019.

Student Right-To-Know Rate DisclosureStudent Right-To-Know (SRTK) refers to a federally-mandated public disclosure of a
college's Completion Rate and Transfer Rate. SRTK follows a cohort group of students
who are first-time freshmen who are enrolled full-time, degree-seeking students in
a fall term and their outcomes measured over a period of three years.
